The staff were lovely, and the price felt fair for this location. The big drawback was how noisy it was. It's a shame the windows haven't been upgraded. When we arrived, nobody was at reception, and there was no bell or other way to let them know we were there. Such a strange welcome.

You're about 7-10 minutes on foot from either the train or tram station, with lots of restaurants nearby and the beach close too. The location was ideal, and the staff were nice, especially the very friendly Black guy. The room was small, which I expected in France. The shower area was really tiny and awkward to use, and the old red carpet wasn't great. I managed with slippers.

Breakfast was included and fantastic, and the breakfast staff were great too. The location is spot on, but being so central means there’s plenty of noise at night, and the windows aren't double glazed. Our room could use some attention. The air-conditioning was very noisy, the bathroom handle was coming off, and so was the toilet paper holder. The receptionist who greeted us wasn't very personable or welcoming, and was the same when she served me later.

The location was exceptional, and the people working there were so kind and pleasant. Our room and bathroom were both large, the breakfast was good, and the price felt like great value. They changed the linens and towels and cleaned the room every day.

The room was spacious and had a lovely view, and the location made it easy to walk everywhere. Breakfast was excellent, though we had to pay for it separately. There were mosquitoes in the room, and my child got bitten quite badly.
