The location was A1, with the beach, old Nice, shops, and cafes all within walking distance. We rented a car, so having a parking lot right in front was extremely useful. You can see the lot from outside, but once inside the hotel you don’t really feel that it’s there. We booked the family room for four nights. It was comfortable and roomy, with a huge terrace we unfortunately barely used. A few pillowcases had stains, but we still had a great stay.

We had a great time on the lovely terrace, and the hotel was in an ideal spot for exploring the area. Everything was spotless and well cared for. The staff were welcoming, really friendly, and always happy to help. I highly recommend it.

Karine greeted us so warmly and offered us a choice of upgrade, along with recommendations and advice. The room was wonderful, and we were perfectly placed for everything. I’d highly recommend the Palm Hotel!

The hotel was clean, the room was nice, and we had an outdoor space. The location was great too. From the moment we arrived, Karine was so friendly. She walked us through the facilities, marked places to visit on a map, and made time for us throughout the stay. Nothing seemed too much trouble, and she always greeted us with a smile. I usually don’t write negative reviews, but this experience left me at a loss for words. I booked through Expedia for the upcoming UN Ocean Conference in Nice and had full travel protection. My dates had to change because of schedule adjustments outside my control. The policy clearly said I could cancel until May 25, but when I tried, the hotel charged me $800. Despite repeated efforts to sort it out, they wouldn’t restore the reservation, change the dates, or give me a full refund. The hotel staff offered no help or flexibility, and every attempt hit a dead end. Expedia was just as unhelpful. Avoid this hotel at all costs. The whole experience was a disgrace, and anyone thinking of staying here should take this as a serious warning. Please learn from my mistake, and don’t let the hotel or Expedia take advantage of you.
