Residence France Riviera

We've stayed here several times and would come back. It's ideally placed, three minutes from the beach and right next to the stop for the new tram line between the airport and city center. The staff are very nice and friendly. Some people may find the rooms small, though they're about the usual size for French city studios. Ours was well equipped and had good soundproofing. We had a great stay, but keep in mind these are more like rental apartments than a hotel. Don't expect room service with champagne in the middle of the night, or towels changed daily. There's a supermarket around the corner, and the kitchen has proper glasses. If you'd like cleaning or fresh towels and sheets, ask the staff. I'm sure they can arrange it for an extra charge.

The tram is nearby, and the location in Nice is ideal.

The beach is close, while the center is a bit farther away, though the tram makes it easy to get there. The receptionists were friendly, but spoke little English. The rooms are small, with only the basics in the kitchen and a sofa bed, but the place felt clean overall. A good pick for a few budget-friendly days in Nice.

Supermarkets and bus stops are close by, and the center of Nice is only about 1 km away, an easy walk. The location is the main draw: the residence sits on a street parallel to the Promenade des Angles, about three minutes from the beach. The studios are small but have what you need, and the Wi-Fi works well throughout the building. There’s also a little basement laundry room with washers and a dryer. Parking is the one thing missing.
