The rooms were very clean, everything worked, and it all matched the pictures. The location is a major plus and the value for the money was good, though nothing was fancy. You can leave your luggage after checkout if you want to keep sightseeing. The main downside was communication. We arrived late, around midnight, and the self-service check-in kiosk wasn't working. Several people couldn't check in or reach their rooms, and we couldn't get an answer from reception, by phone, intercom, or any other way.

The hotel is right in the center, with clean, pleasant rooms and excellent service. Nice is a beautiful city for a vacation. I'd recommend it! 😊

There are lots of restaurants nearby, and the area feels lively, especially on Friday and Saturday nights, with bars and places to eat around. I also felt safe there at night. The Promenade is a 5-minute walk away, as is the Metro station, and many attractions and the old town are walkable too. The property has a shared kitchen with food storage in a locked fridge, cutlery, and other utensils, plus complimentary coffee from the available machine. For a budget trip, it was good value, and we highly recommend staying here.

The PIN code made check-in and checkout simple. I traveled alone and loved the place, but my fiancée would've hated it, so it really depends on what you need. The rooms are basic, and they don't get cleaned; you also have to pay for a linen change. Nice is expensive, and for the price the location is exceptional: rue Masséna is a popular street with plenty of affordable restaurants, and the beach is very close. There's free coffee and a shared kitchen with fridge drawers for food and drinks, locked with a key, though the temperature is around 16 degrees, so I wouldn't keep cured meats in there long. Noise was tolerable. There was no street noise, but I could hear trolleys and people in the hallway.

For a clean room, a working shower, and a central city location, this hotel is worth trying. They also offer free luggage storage.
