The studio is lovely and clean, in an ideal spot for exploring Nice. It’s quick and easy to get in touch with the owners. I’d definitely recommend it.

Just an easy, unexpected stay. From the castle view right above the house to the scent drifting through the streets of Old Nice and the seagulls overhead, it’s hard not to feel at home. Even back in Italy, a similar smell or sound brings me straight back to this lovely house and its super-friendly owner.

The owner was kind and helpful, and gave us great tips on places to see. The apartment is charming and right in the historic center, in a strategic location. It was spotless, with nice, distinctive furnishings. We’ll definitely return.

The apartment is very clean and has everything needed to cook for yourself. It’s central but quiet, apart from the neighbors, who can sometimes be pretty noisy. Some of them are staying in holiday apartments too.

A lovely apartment right in the old city center, with a quiet feel and a beautiful balcony you can really use. The sea and shops are both just a stone’s throw away!
