Hôtel Suisse

I booked a sea view room for three nights, but ended up leaving after one night in a regular room. The sea view was beautiful, but the paint smell was too strong. Some corridors and rooms had been painted just a week earlier, and the odor made my throat and nose very uncomfortable. The hotel offered to move me, but I could still smell paint around the wardrobe, desk, and coffee table. I wouldn't choose this hotel for a family trip, especially with children or older people.

The room and bathroom felt a little dated, which is why I gave it four stars. Otherwise, the hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly. We loved the balcony and the view. The location is perfect for walking to the beach or nearby old town. The setting and view are absolutely immaculate, and I’d happily stay here again. Parking isn’t on site, there’s a lot about 400 meters away.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and in an excellent location. What really stood out was how professional and kind the staff were, especially Emna and 3am Jamal. They went out of their way to make me feel welcome, safe, and comfortable, treating me like family throughout my stay. Thank you, Hotel Suisse, for a wonderful experience. I highly recommend it if you're visiting Tunis.

The room was clean, had everything we needed, and even came with a small fridge and great toiletries. The balcony view was amazing. I’ll definitely come back.
