The way you made La Borderie into such a peaceful little oasis is amazing. Every detail feels beautiful and tasteful, and I’m grateful you share it with your guests. There’s a lot of history in this stunning place, and the gardens are beautiful. Our host was welcoming, spoke good English, and gave us useful information about buses into the city centre. Having secure parking on site was another plus. We’d definitely come back.

The place was so relaxing, especially with its lovely garden. We had a great stay, and the hosts were really friendly and nice.

The room was peaceful and the bed really comfortable, and we were made to feel very welcome. Breakfast was a treat each morning, with homemade cakes. The hosts also pointed us to some great nearby restaurants, including Le Madlin. The garden is lovely, and it’s only a 15-minute drive from La Rochelle. We’d happily return.

We stayed in a pretty, quiet village near La Rochelle and Île de Ré. The owners were very welcoming, and the house has a lovely garden. Our room was beautiful and cozy, and breakfast came with superb homemade pastries.
