10/10
The room was good for what I paid, and the service was great. Everyone went out of their way to help and share information about town. It's right across from the train station and within walking distance of the main attractions and activities. I loved staying here and would definitely come back if I'm in the area.

I spent one night here and came away disappointed. The outside looks good, but the rooms, bathroom, and furniture were very old, and the door wouldn't lock. I could hear everything happening in the hallway. A waste of money and a bad experience.

4/10
The rooms, bathroom, and furniture all felt very old, and sounds from the hallway carried straight in. The positives were that the rooms were clean, the staff were kind, and the hotel was near both the train station and the city centre.

The walls were so thin I heard children crying all night. There was drug dealing in the rooms next to us, and the hotel didn't care.

For a two star place, it was clean and fair, and the staff were pleasant. At 2am the receptionist was awake and let us in, which hasn't happened at some better rated hotels. I'd definitely recommend it.
