I spent several weeks here and would happily recommend it. It’s a clean, simple, affordable place, and the garage service is a real plus. The administration was wonderful, and they speak French, Spanish & English. Nimes also has a tremendous range of things to see, and this is a great base for exploring it.

The location is handy, on a quiet street just 50 meters from the train station and 250 meters from the Nîmes Arena. The residence was clean and decent, and the apartment was fine, though the glass divider on the terrace meant very little privacy. The maintenance staff were professional, welcoming, friendly, and attentive to residents, and seemed to enjoy human interaction. Contact with the receptionist was by text only. We never saw her, even though she was meant to work five hours a day and was at her post for no more than two.

Free parking was a nice bonus. The apartment was decent, pleasant, and convenient, with excellent value for money.

It looks like this residence is closed, and the phone numbers aren’t assigned. Too bad.

It was very quiet and clean, though not very big. The train station and arena are close by.
