The location was the one good thing about this hotel. The rooms were small and tired, and there was no air-conditioning at the time. As an older person, I found getting in and out of the bath/shower difficult. The breakfast room was underground and smelled musty, like a cave. During our last 24 hours there was no water, so when we left early for a flight, we couldn't shower or flush the toilet. The location was literally the only great thing.

The room was comfortable and clean, and the location was excellent. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!

We only had a day to arrange a hotel before arriving in Niort. My brother and I were there because a family member had been hospitalised, and we booked at short notice. The stay exceeded our expectations: the rooms were elegant and very comfortable, and the cleanliness was impeccable. Delphine and her husband were gracious, hospitable hosts. I'm deeply grateful to them for making our stay unforgettable.

The nights were quiet and restful, and the hotel has a refined, tasteful look. The couple who run it are very friendly and take great care of their guests. I’d recommend it.
