One small issue with the 1-bedroom apartment was that the patio light came through the curtains in May. In the 2-bedroom apartment, one bedroom had a small, very high window with no curtain in March. Even so, I thought it was good value: the apartment was quiet, the building is beautiful and unusual, and the patios have lots of green plants. The decor inside was lovely, with a stylish, well-stocked Nordic kitchen, teas and coffees, paper towels, and plenty of bath towels. The bedding was superb, the apartment clean, and the phone contact excellent.

Getting in was straightforward with the code for both the entrance and studio. Inside, the studio was functional and well equipped, and the lobby's greenery makes it a lovely place to arrive. It's excellent value and a great discovery right in the heart of Niort, just steps from the station.

I spent a week here and loved the room, location, and staff. The welcome was warm, too. Thanks again, and I'd highly recommend it for a stay in Niort.

The owner's kindness really makes the place. There are thoughtfully arranged spots for a coffee break, and the whole space is well designed and clean. The lobby has a magnificent, welcoming feel, and we got a warm reception. What a lovely surprise on walking in! Bravo! 🤩
