We paid about 400 EUR for four nights, but left after only a few hours on the first day and weren’t given even a partial refund. Agoda returned only 30% because we had no photos to support our complaint. The listing pictures didn’t match what we found: there was no jacuzzi, the pool and garden were dirty, and dirt came from the air conditioning. We had planned to stay for a business trip with my husband after choosing the place based on Agoda reviews. Before arrival, Ms Nina was pleasant and asked when we’d get there so the room could be ready. We said around 3pm and arrived about 3:30pm, but the gate was shut. When we rang, she shouted from a window that she wasn’t ready and told us to go away and return at 5pm. We were tired and hungry after a connecting flight, so we bought food and water and ate by the gate. At 5pm, Ms Nina admitted she’d been rude and had forgotten to prepare for us. We let it go and began unpacking. As we settled in, she kept following us and telling us we couldn’t eat or drink on the property, or even put food and water in the fridge because she needed the space for her own food. We followed the rule, though the food we’d bought went to waste. The Wi-Fi didn’t work in the room or garden; Ms Nina said it had broken days earlier and she hadn’t had time to fix it. When we later had a can of Coke while trying to work and asked where to throw it away, she again scolded us for drinking and said we weren’t there for a picnic. Her nervous instructions went on for tens of minutes and wasted our time. We tried to be understanding, but she treated us like children or intruders, not guests. The attitude and service were awful, and we decided to find somewhere friendlier instead of spending the weekend there. We absolutely don’t recommend this place. I’ve never had an experience like it; the owner shouldn’t be renting it out.
