The food was a highlight: everything we had at the restaurant was excellent, and you could tell the dishes were made with fresh ingredients. We stayed one night in a bubble, which was wonderful, and the jacuzzi was fantastic. It was chilly out, so the heating came in handy. The couple who run the place were very welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend the stay.

Breakfast was brought to us in the morning, and we got a very warm welcome. The service was very good throughout our weekend. We really liked the Cherry Bubble and its private jacuzzi. One thing to know, the restrooms are just behind it, with a view of the bubble for anyone using them. A screen could easily fix that.

The pool water looked questionable, and we had no desire to swim. The value for money felt poor, more like a campsite, and at this price I expected better. The jacuzzi is right in front of the shared toilets, which the description doesn't mention. A bit of privacy would have helped. The tent also got extremely hot as soon as the sun hit it, and the air conditioning couldn't bring the temperature down, though it wasn't even a heatwave. Above the accommodation, a high-voltage power line crackled nonstop and kept us from sleeping. That isn't mentioned on the booking website. Pregnant women and people with pacemakers should know that being near this kind of structure is strongly advised against. I plan to contact the DGCCRF because I can't believe accommodation can be built so close to high-voltage cables. The safety standards seem more than inadequate. The whole stay left us stunned and bitter, with the feeling we'd been ripped off. The hostess's unpleasant, dismissive behavior was hard to forget. Right from arrival, the welcome was harsh. We were left to figure things out in a place with very poor signs. When we went in, the hostess chose to feed her animals instead of speaking to us, then curtly said not to park on the grass, although her husband had told us on the phone to park there. The tour felt like it was being led by a career sergeant major. The contempt was unbelievable. And don't try to negotiate arrival or departure times: it was, "Before the time, it's not the time; after the time, it's too late." Even if your children are tired from the journey, you'll be waiting in the car.

The Djerbian tent is nicely furnished, and overall the tent itself was pleasant. You can tell there was some effort to do things well, but the place still felt a bit cheap, like the lure of profit took over. The third bed was practically inaccessible, even dangerous, and there was little privacy between rooms, although some seemed to have it. We left without seeing anyone. The welcome basket was just a bottle, and breakfast was mediocre and sparse. Having visited the area often, this isn't an address we'll keep. It didn't feel like good value for money. Getting around and settling in was confusing. We didn't know where to go when we arrived and didn't feel expected. The owner was in the garden and came over 10-15 minutes late. Time is time, fine, but it was still a wait. Right above the accommodation, the high-voltage line crackled. The pool was murky and poorly equipped. The fridge was noisy too, so it looked like an interesting night ahead. Maybe they could get a quieter condenser model. The bathrooms made it feel too much like camping for the price. The big communal jacuzzi was right in front of the bathroom door, which was a bit off. We noticed other guests walking through the bathrooms reserved for the accommodation, even though we hadn't been given room keys. Watch out for the chickens right behind your head, and the rooster likes to crow at 4:00 AM. There's no food truck, just a restaurant advertised as serving local cuisine with local products, so we booked a table. The food truck had been replaced by a pine dining room built on the parking lot. The menu was a bit pricey and the room hastily furnished. Bring sweaters out of season, since there are gaps between the floorboards. There's no tap water, just water at €4 per liter, and the fries are homemade from a "Metro" store.
