The dinner, room and breakfast package was fixed price and really reasonable, the best value stay on our tour of France. We enjoyed the evening meal too. The hotel was easy to find by satnav, and the car park felt secure for our classic car. It's very close to Caen ferry port. We appreciated having an electric kettle in the room as English visitors. The room was lovely and clean, the bed comfortable and the shower nice and hot. Highly recommend.

We had a good weekend staying two nights. It was clean and calm, with staff ready to help. Breakfast was nice, including eggs from local farms.

We were there for one night to see Pegasus bridge, and it was a perfect place to stay. When we mentioned at check-in that we were looking forward to a beer, the receptionist stopped what she was doing and went out to buy us two lovely beers. Such a welcoming touch. The rooms were clean, and breakfast was nice, if basic. Thank you.

Perfectly placed for the ferries, this hotel is a real gem. I'd recommend staying here to anyone.

We paid extra and reserved a larger 'superior' room, but what we were given was tiny, filthy and nothing like that. The shower room smelled of sewage, and I couldn't make myself use the shower. There was dirt in every corner and in the wardrobe runners. The towels were thin and worn. It felt like nobody checks the rooms to maintain any kind of standard. Since it was late evening, it was too late to find somewhere else. When we checked out in the morning, reception was closed and there were no staff, so we had no chance to give feedback. Please don't spend your hard-earned money here.
