ibis budget Noyon

I was on a cycling tour and they made things easy for me, even giving me a larger room so I could keep my bike there. The staff were professional and helpful. My room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and breakfast was first class. I’d definitely recommend this hotel.

The room itself was larger than usual because it was for guests with disabilities, but the bathroom didn’t work properly. The shower sprayed onto the toilet, there was no soap by the sink, and the bathroom flooded after I showered. Also, my reservation made through the Accor application wasn’t there when I arrived. Luckily, staff were at the hotel, which isn’t always the case.

The owner was nice, the surroundings were quiet, and the shower was excellent. The mattress was awful and the pillows were tiny. I know it’s a budget hotel, but after staying at several, I still expect a decent bed. I’d have given it two stars if the shower hadn’t been so good.

You get what you pay for, and that’s fine. One room in our group had a very loud extraction fan that made it hard to sleep. It also didn’t help that there was nobody on site to assist later in the evening.
