The location worked really well, close to the station and downtown. The stay itself was quiet and roomy, and very comfortable. A couple of fixtures felt a bit loose, but they all worked.

We walked out as soon as we saw the room. The kitchen was dusty and the sheets were dirty, the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever been to. If you want somewhere nice and clean, this definitely isn’t it. This place is something else.

I booked at Apart City in Amiens and got a room on the 10th floor, with a great view of the cathedral despite the obstructions. Having a fridge, freezer and kitchen was a plus, and the value for money was perfect. I’ve also stayed at their Reims place, which was just as good. Compared with ibis or BB, Apart City rocks.

We liked the view of the river and the hortionnages. The hotel was easy to reach by train since it’s close to the gare, and the city center was about a 10-minute walk away. We had a great stay.

Abdul at reception and the rest of the staff were kind and helpful. The location was convenient too: just across the road from a lovely park, with the Hortillonages nearby. It’s a few minutes from the train station and supermarket, around a 10-minute stroll to the cathedral, and about 15 minutes from the university.
