We especially appreciated the staff arranging a first-floor room to accommodate a leg injury, which made the stay much more comfortable. Everyone was attentive, kind, and responsive from the warm welcome onward. The hotel is in a quiet area and an easy walk from the town center, along pleasant promenade streets. Our rooms were stylish, fresh, and well maintained, with a relaxing feel. The service, comfortable accommodation, and location made this a memorable stay. We had a wonderful time and would gladly return. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The Italian place a few steps away is great, though watch what they charge for drinks. The hotel itself gave us a good night's sleep for the money, and it no longer feels like the awful Ibis hotels used to. Secure parking was a real plus since we were towing gear.

It's an easy walk into Nuits, which is handy. The rooms could use brighter lighting, though, and there isn't anywhere to make tea or coffee.

Maurice made our stay. He patiently helped us Canadians with all our questions, even though we didn't speak your language. We liked it enough to extend our visit, and his help also encouraged us to try the Beef Bourgogne at your restaurant.

The room heater wasn't keeping us warm enough, which was especially tough with the baby, and we slept a bit colder than we'd have liked. The next morning, the front desk said we could ask for extra heaters next time and kindly waived our breakfast charge. We found the hotel clean, well located, and the best in Nuits Saint Georges. Thanks for the hospitality.
