Musigue was on the top floor, with a handy little kitchenette that had what we needed. The bedroom stairs are steep, and the Wi-Fi password didn't work. There's a list of local restaurants on the ground floor. It would be helpful to say where breakfast is available.

We stayed here a few years ago in a room with the bed in the basement. It's a nice hotel, but Nuits gets pretty sleepy at night. We tried getting around by train because we were wine tasting and didn't want to drive, and found that inconvenient. You can take a long walk through the vines to Vosne Romanee, which is close enough. If we return, we'll probably choose Beaune for convenience. Still, if Nuits St Georges is where you want to stay, this is a fantastic hotel. The quiet town at night may be a plus or a drawback, depending on what you like.

We stopped for a night on the way down to the South of France. The apartments were new, from August 2017, nicely furnished, and well equipped. The owner speaks very good English and can offer advice on wine and restaurants. Nuit St.George is a lovely town just south of Dijon, and getting to the apartments from the Toll Road is easy. A Carrefour Supermarket for fuel and supplies is right by the exit from the A31. Vign Appart would work well for an overnight stop or a longer stay to enjoy the food and wine of the Bourgogne area of France. I highly recommend it.

The refurbishment feels smart and professional, with space used well. Check-in and check-out were seamless. Very much recommended as a base in the Côte des Nuits.
