It's our fourth time spending a night at this guesthouse, and we were glad to come back again. The place is quiet, and the rooms are nicely heated, which I especially appreciate since I usually feel the cold. Pascal made breakfast and was just as friendly as ever, and his mother gave us a really warm welcome. We'll certainly return again.

The welcome was perfect, and so were the breakfast and cleanliness. Our one-night stay was fine, though the room by the dining room wasn't very quiet, and people passing through late could hear us. I expect the upstairs rooms are quieter. The fitted sheet was on the wrong way around with the mattress protector, so we ended up sleeping directly on the protector, which felt a bit grainy. There also wasn't enough shower gel and shampoo to wash both hair and body.

We came at the end of November and arrived to find the heating off. There wasn't a control to change the temperature, so the nights felt cool. It's a charming place close to the Royal Palace, and the somewhat dated facilities were still adequate for a one-night stay.

Everything was just right, from the clean room and tidy, flower-filled courtyard to Pascal's friendly, welcoming manner. A big thank you to Grandma Marleine for being so kind and making us feel at home. Please stay just as you are. We loved our stay at "Les Chambres Douce Nuit" (The Sweet Night Rooms), and I highly recommend it. See you next year for our barbecue, and lots of love until then. Olivia and David

The welcome, breakfast, and cleanliness are all lovely, and the guesthouse is just 5 minutes from the Royal Palace. This wasn't our first stay, and we'll happily return.
