We were hungry after visiting Flekenstein and Wasigenstein that morning. Au Cheval Blanc seemed too fancy for us, so we carried on to the next village and found Anton. What a surprise. Even on a hot day, the terrace was inviting, and the hostess and staff gave us a very warm welcome. The same family has run the place for four generations. Keep an eye on it, a Michelin Star seems sure to come. The Ravioli au Truite was amazing, and dessert was a regale. Such a lovely meal. Plan a visit soon!

Go for it! We were given a genuinely warm welcome. Dinner in the large round room overlooking the flowering garden and orchard was a pleasure, made even cozier by the big fireplace. We chose the four-course tasting menu, and the service was impeccable, with each course following smoothly into the next. The dishes were remarkably well balanced. We highly recommend taking a short hike that finishes at Anthon's!

A real treat for the eyes and the palate. Thanks so much for a wonderful time and amazing food. The team is fantastic and always makes an extra effort for guests. Dinner was pure bliss, and breakfast the next morning was superb.
