The area was the best part: lovely scenery, pleasant roads, and a Carrefour supermarket just two minutes away. That's why I'm giving two stars. The house is pretty, but it felt neglected for what it costs. We booked just one night, and were glad we didn't stay longer. There were no paper towels, no towels or soap, and only one new toilet roll for ten people over the weekend, despite there being three toilets. The beds are on the small side, so tall people shouldn't expect a comfortable night's sleep. From the garden, the neighbors can see you clearly, and there's no gate around the property. The driveway is also a problem for low vehicles. For the nightly price, they really need to make a BIG effort.

We chose this gîte last February because it promised a 100% refund if another lockdown happened, with Covid and government decisions shaping our lives at the time. When new government lockdown measures were introduced in Seine-Maritime in March, the owner only offered to return 50% of what we'd paid, despite the signed contract and all our exchanges. We feel cheated and robbed. Be careful about trusting the owner's outward kindness.

The renovation is superb, and there are several cottages, all equally beautiful and suitable for groups. The place is quiet, pleasant, and near the beach. The owner is a real character. He talks about the house's history and explains its story. Don't hesitate to visit.

The owner is welcoming and gives you a booklet with 70 ideas for things to do, a great way to explore Normandy. We had a wonderful holiday and highly recommend this gîte. It's a manor house with real historical character, just 3 km from the sea and a five-minute walk from the center of Offrenville. The rates were among the lowest we found, too.

It may look charming on paper, but avoid staying here in winter. The house loses heat badly, and the electricity bills can shoot up. The owner's friendliness also feels superficial.
