Residence Petru-Maria

The booking site was confusing, and we accidentally reserved the wrong room. We asked to change the reservation but couldn’t, and the only information we ever got was the key handover time. After we cancelled more than three months ahead, the owner still insisted on 50% of the rental price. It seems easy money for him, since he should be able to rent the apartment again. We can’t speak to the accommodation itself, but the way he handled customer service was completely unacceptable.

It’s one of the prettiest residences around, with peaceful surroundings, beautiful decor, and impeccable cleanliness. The owners were welcoming and helpful, and the value for money was excellent. I recommend it without hesitation.

My partner and I usually don’t mind leaving a place, but this was the first time we really didn’t want to go. Everything was spotless, calm, and decorated with understated elegance. The owners were incredibly kind and helpful, and even shared local tips with links so we didn’t have to look anything up ourselves. For a top-of-the-range stay in Propriano, book at Résidence Petru-Maria. 👌🤩

We stayed for 9 days at the beginning of September, and were amazed by the quality and furnishings. The apartment was clean and carefully put together, with everything for a great holiday: an electric grill on the terrace, coffee machine, toaster, large fridge, induction hob, oven, large bathroom and bedrooms, electric shutters, and an electric terrace awning, among much more. It sleeps 4 comfortably, possibly 5 with someone on the lovely corner sofa in the living room. The owner was very nice and respected our privacy. I highly recommend it.
