Grand Hotel dOrange Sure Hotel Collection by Best Western

The staff really are friendly and professional, and the location is great. There’s a casino, spa, children’s play area, a large pool zone, and direct beach access. But five stars? Not even close. I’d say three at best.

We slept incredibly well, and the nearby parking lot was really convenient. Our room was huge, with a big comfortable bed and a clean, spacious bathroom. The elegant, relaxing design and L’Occitane products were a nice touch. Staff were warm and helpful. We ordered coffee to the room and it came quickly, with a pain au chocolat as a gift, such a thoughtful gesture. Breakfast was nice too. We may have arrived a little late, so there was no ham and the boiled eggs were cold, but the pastries, scrambled eggs and toast were delicious. Charming location. We’d absolutely come back!

I had a huge room and really enjoyed my stay, even though I was only there overnight. The breakfast had an extensive spread, with delicious scrambled eggs, bacon, the usual meats and plenty more. The young man serving was kind and attentive. Lou and Sandrine were lovely at check-in, with great tips on shops and even suggestions for towns to visit later in my trip. The location is hard to beat, with cafes and shops just outside, a four-minute walk to the amphitheater and 15 minutes to the arc. Google Maps makes it easy to see. I wish I’d taken more photos. I’ll be back and will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

The food was good, and the hotel is right in the heart of the city center, close to everything. A really nice, cozy place with great interior design. Awesome spot to stay in Orange.
