I only ate at the restaurant, twice, and didn't stay at the hotel. It's a cozy place with a pleasant atmosphere, and the staff were accommodating, listened carefully, and smiled. My hamburger was really tasty, and my friends enjoyed their steak cooked on the restaurant's barbecue. The lentils I ordered with my sandwich weren't good, though, and I left them uneaten. One thing I noticed compared with other French restaurants is that they don't bring an amuse bouche while you wait for your food. The price seemed reasonable: I paid 20 euros for the hamburger and lemonade. I'd definitely come back if I'm in the area.

It was peaceful despite being close to both the city center and the highway. The hotel was clean, and the room had a clean bathroom with everything we needed.

The parking lot is behind gates that close at night, and there are six EV chargers. The charger billing is a strange setup, though: it charges €2 every five minutes after charging is finished. Are you supposed to get up in the middle of the night to move your car? We arrived late and were still greeted warmly. Check-in was quick, the room was clean, and they even let us have a beer on the terrace after the restaurant had closed. Everyone was friendly again in the morning. The bed could've been more comfortable, and we heard a little dripping noise, but neither was a big deal.

We stopped here for one night while travelling. The hotel name suggests it's in the center, but it's actually by the motorway exit called "centre Orange." That could mislead people who haven't checked a map first. Our room was very small, with a bed only 1.9 m long. At 1.85 m tall, I found it too short. The dark faux-wood floor looked like it had been water damaged and was broken in places, which didn't look good and could hurt your feet if you walked barefoot. Some other furniture had two or three burn marks. After a few hours, my key stopped working, so I couldn't get into the room when we returned. The receptionist reprogrammed it without checking whether I was actually staying in that room. I found that unacceptable, especially since there was no safe in the room and our valuables could have been at risk. I'm also a Silver member of the Accor loyalty program and wasn't offered any perks.
