A lovely little spot, and cheap too. It was just 5 Euros for a tent and bicycle. They even had toilet seats, though there was no toilet paper. The owners were quite nice, and the restaurant felt overpriced to me. The overflowing trash cans stank for the whole 2 days I was there. That was the only reason I didn’t give it 4 stars.

There are lovely footpaths nearby, and you can order bread at the Auberge. The toilet block was clean, and there are some electric hook ups. It’s simple camping in a meadow full of grass and flowers, with stunning views wherever you pitch. We planned to stay less time but ended up there for 3 nights. Drive past the other campsites in the area and come here!

The Munster cheese gratin was great, and I loved the ice cream with a splash of lemon juice 🍨. That superb view was another treat 👍. The welcome was relaxed and friendly, and I appreciated them letting me come in at 2 pm. It’s just what I’d hope for from a farm inn, with a simple menu, good local produce, and very reasonable prices.

We had a great meal of Alsatian food at the farm. The pitches nearby are quiet and beautifully situated, with lots of room and your choice of spot. Some have electricity. The sanitary facilities are simple but clean, with 3 showers and 3 toilets. I’d definitely come back.

The owners and Anaïs were very friendly when we came for lunch, and both meals we had were generous, tasty, and very good. The location is easy to get to, and there are lovely walks around the area. We’ll come back.
