After several exhausting hours on my bike, I arrived in Orléans tired and sore, just hoping check-in would be easy and I could rest. Alex at reception was genuinely kind and helpful, and his warm welcome turned the day around. He made check-in simple, checked that I had what I needed to recover, and treated me like more than just another guest. Any small request was handled with care. The room was spotless, comfortable, and perfectly prepared. The whole staff was professional, but Alex’s natural hospitality stood out most. What could have been a quick overnight stop became one of the nicest moments of my trip. If you’re staying in Orléans, I highly recommend the hotel, and hope Alex is there to welcome you. Five stars.

We only stayed one night, but the staff were so friendly and we felt well looked after. The hotel is right in the centre. Secure parking mattered a lot to us, and we were pleasantly surprised to have our own individual garage. We’d happily come back.

We stayed at the start of our Eurovelo 6 cycling tour last month. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast buffet was great, but the front desk team impressed me most. Erika went well beyond what we expected, sharing useful local information and helping with logistics. Google only lets me give five stars, though this deserved ten.

The location is perfect, just a couple of minutes’ walk from the cathedral, with lots of places to eat nearby. Staff were very friendly and ready to help, including with everything we asked about the car. The room felt small and didn’t have many amenities like shampoo or conditioner. Breakfast was a decent continental buffet for the price.

The receptionist was exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was plentiful with great service. My Superior room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious modern shower. It was very quiet, and the comfortable bed meant I slept well. Since it was my birthday, they even left a personal note on the bed. Thanks for making the night so special.
