Really good value for the price, and it’s environmentally friendly and socially responsible too.

I hadn’t come across eco-lodges before. The rooms felt warm and comfortable, and the sheets were clean. What really stood out was how cheerful and friendly everyone was, from reception to the kitchen. The food deserves a mention too. Sonia, our waitress, kept us smiling with her good humor and little jokes, while the chef served up warm flavors that mixed traditional and original touches. Every dessert was divine 😉

The meals were excellent, with an emphasis on local ingredients and a very good balance of quality and price. Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient, and gave us a warm welcome. Le Cart is a relaxing, welcoming holiday center in a charming, authentic village, right in the heart of it.

We came to Sommières as two teachers looking for a place for a school trip with 59 elementary students. The Cart staff made time for us even though we had no appointment, answered all our questions and showed us around the center and the room arrangements. Thanks for being available, for the suggested tours, and for the warm welcome. We didn’t meet everyone, but the staff we did meet were kind and professional.
