Les Tanneries

The village and surrounding area are absolutely worth visiting, and the view from our terrace was fantastic. The location is great and the rooms are fine. But I won’t be coming back. The service was more “bof.” The owner seemed to take a “not my problem” attitude when we asked for two things, saying they weren’t possible. The Wi-Fi in our room barely worked, with one bar or none. There was a repeater in the room, but it seemed to be for the owner, not guests. When I explained we needed a better connection to plan the next days, he said, “naa, not possible,” and told me to go closer to the window. In practice, that meant going outside onto the terrace. Watching TV in his kitchen downstairs seemed to matter more to him than making sure guests had an acceptable connection.
