We started each day with a superb breakfast on the terrace. Our room at Chateau d’Ortaffa was very comfortable, and our hosts Alain and Michelle were kind and generous with information to help us make the most of our visit. The chateau is full of art and history, which made it a lovely place to stay.

The chateau is full of art, books, and curios, both in our room and around the house, and parking was easy with a car. Alain and Michelle were generous with ideas for walks and places to eat, which made this a great base for exploring the area. We had a lovely couple of days there, and breakfast on the terrace, with homemade yogurt and seasonal fruit, was a great start each morning.

Alain and Michelle were helpful and discreet, and everything was very clean. The breakfast was delicious, and our cozy, beautiful room had everything we needed. The chateau is full of art, striking furnishings, and soulful objects. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely come back. Thank you!

We were hoping for a beautiful chateau and welcoming hosts, and that's exactly what we got. Our hosts were friendly, accommodating, and full of good advice on places to see. The Picasso suite was clean, comfortable, and had a lovely view. We especially enjoyed breakfast on the terrace, with fresh croissants and homemade yogurt. It's a rural spot, though plenty of coastal towns and other places to visit are just 15-25 minutes away by car, so renting one is a good idea. Thanks for a tremendous stay!

The Tuscan suite was spacious and comfortable, and the whole chateau is full of charm and history. Breakfast was delicious, especially the homemade yogurt and locally made honey. We really enjoyed our stay at Chateau d'Ortaffa and highly recommend it.
