We paid 167 Euros and felt uncomfortable the whole time. The room was tiny, like a rabbit hutch, and the toilet was so cramped you had to sit slightly sideways. Inside and outside, there were lots of people from a different religion, and their disapproving looks toward us and our three dogs, two large and one small, made us feel unwelcome. Around 2300 at night, groups were sitting in the car park between cars, while others were sleeping on the grass about 10-15 meters from the entrance. I nearly stepped on someone before my dogs stopped mid-walk. That isn't what you want to encounter at night. We were uneasy leaving the car in the allocated parking area, and I have photos if anyone doubts this. If I'm honest, this thread may be removed, so it takes a little deciphering.

Our car broke down just before the exit for this hotel, and we were pretty desperate, calling the insurance while trying to keep the kids occupied. The staff were super kind and let us use the pool for free while we waited to hear back. We ended up booking a room for the night. Everything was clean, and the reception staff were always available to help. A great refreshing stop on a long drive, highly recommended.

For 90 Euros without breakfast, I expected at least a kettle in the room for tea or coffee. There was no fridge, no English-language TV channels despite there being over 30, and only one small, flat pillow with no others available. The room was very basic and small, though clean enough.

A nightmare. It was so expensive and offered nothing, and honestly I'd rather sleep in the car than stay there again. First they tried to put us in a dirty, used room. Then, while I was in the shower, it came apart because of rust and age. The AC didn't work, the TV had nothing to offer, the beds were awful, and there was just one small pillow. I'll never set foot in this hotel again.

The one good thing is that we only had to stay one night. For the money, this is the worst place I've ever stayed. The “hotel” is a block of flats at a fuel station, and coming from the north, it costs 6 Euros to rejoin the motorway and double back. It's hard to find, and once we did, the place was so bad it stopped us in our tracks. The only food option is the nearby fuel station cafeteria. The rooms are claustrophobically tiny, with decor from the early sixties. There's no fridge, drinking water, or waste basket, and the bathroom is the smallest I've seen. The toilet is so close to the wall that you can't wipe properly. We didn't have enough towels, the floor was dirty, and the bed was terribly uncomfortable. We complained, but the staff were less than helpful. The price is totally out of line, and Hotel.com describes it so inaccurately it's like advertising a shed as a five-star Hilton. Never again.
