It’s a lovely little find, with authentic, beautiful rooms that were very clean. The host was so sweet, and there’s a nice dog too. It’s peaceful here, about a 30-minute drive from the sea, and staying felt a bit like visiting family. Highly recommend!

We stayed as a couple and felt at home right away. The owners gave us such a warm welcome and were very friendly. Breakfast was excellent too. It’s a beautiful home, like a little paradise tucked into nature.

Our first stay at the Basta guesthouse was a lovely surprise. We were greeted so warmly, even with a drink on arrival, and the clean, practical room had exceptional bedding. The hostess served a delicious homemade breakfast with so much care. Basta has a gorgeous setting, which I imagine must be breathtaking in summer. We had a really pleasant weekend and would highly recommend it.
