Late checkout at noon was a plus, and the design of the space is wonderful, in a gorgeous setting. The spa was fun, though day visitors are allowed, so it isn't exclusive, and it costs extra. The massages were good, but expensive in euros compared with Bali or Thailand. The huge E.Leclerc ORVAULT hypermarket is an easy 10-minute walk if you need anything. The restaurant was pricey, though that's Europe. At breakfast, there were no salad or green vegetables, and lots of flies around the uncovered food. Very French. They could learn from the best hotels in Southeast Asia, where the little details make the difference. Reception got my invoice wrong and charged me twice, then couldn't refund the money to my AMEX. Even with Google Translate, their English was lacking, which was disappointing for the hotel owners. The room had no refrigerator or minibar, no safe, and no drying rack. More bathroom hooks for towels would help. Cleaning staff just walked into the room?

The staff were friendly and ready to help. I was after a relaxing weekend, and the hotel delivered. It's close to the motorway and also very near the tram, which takes you into the city. The tram is free on weekdays.

Stylish, clean, and a nice place to get away from the city. The spa makes for a good couples' experience, and the staff were always helpful. There are good facilities in the restaurant and bar for dinner or a few drinks. Without a car, it's a bit over 20 minutes to the city center, but that's not really a hassle. The bus station is close by and easy to use. A hidden gem in Nantes. 👌🏻

The reception and restaurant staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. It's a nicely located hotel, with warm, inviting rooms and a restaurant and bar that feel just as welcoming. I'd definitely choose it again if I were staying in that part of France.
