Le Holzberg et ses Suites

The owner was outstanding with communication and support. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and had a well-equipped kitchen. Very nice place, with a stunning view.

Thanks for such a lovely experience.

Marie welcomed us so warmly and was really helpful. We had magical family moments at the magnificent Holzberg residence and its suites. The rooms and facilities have lots of charm, and the surrounding peace, beautiful scenery, and views made the stay feel restorative and enjoyable. The spa was a lovely, welcoming highlight.

We chose the Holzberg after a lot of thought because we wanted to enjoy its spa as a family, and we’d reserved it weeks ahead. On arrival, we were told there’d been a power outage the day before and the spa pump hadn’t restarted, so they’d decided to drain the water. Hmm, it looked like the spa had been drained for much longer. They should have contacted us beforehand and offered us the chance to cancel. With none of our three hours of spa time each day available, we had plenty of time to notice several flaws in this architect-designed hotel. It had looked promising, but we were disappointed.
