Hotel Mercure Strasbourg Airport

The rooms were spotless and spacious, the beds incredibly comfortable, and the staff made us feel so well looked after. One gentleman in particular went above and beyond to make the stay memorable. After a disappointing night at another hotel, arriving here felt like a breath of fresh air. At €100 a night, the value is outstanding. We’ll absolutely come back!

The staff were outstanding, warm, professional, friendly, and genuine. My quiet, well-behaved golden retriever was truly welcome. The grounds were especially pleasant during the heat wave, and the rooms were comfortable with perfectly working air conditioning. The breakfast buffet was superbe. One of my best hotel stays!

What made the stay especially enjoyable was the friendly, helpful staff, who made everything easy for us. We were comfortable and felt welcome at Hôtel Mercure Strasbourg Aéroport, and the pool was a nice place to relax. It works well for families and people passing through, with everything we needed on hand. We’d happily stay again.

Late at night, I met a man at reception and asked him about the night club. He answered me arrogantly and proudly, and treated my friend and me very badly, perhaps because I’m Arabian. I don’t know if the hotel was in his name. Unfortunately, that was my experience.
