ibis Styles Ouistreham

We needed somewhere for the night after our ferry crossing times changed. The hotel is just outside the ferry terminal, and had lovely ensuite rooms, parking on site, a bar and restaurant. The staff were really helpful.

Breakfast set us up well for the day, and staying here made our trip much easier before catching the ferry home. Check-in was clean and efficient, and the location was great. Our family of five had two rooms near each other as requested, which we appreciated. The shower in the double room was a little small, but that didn’t matter for just one night. I’d totally recommend it.

The early breakfast at 6am was superb, and being next to the port worked great for our early ferry. Room 111 was a bit small, but quiet, which suited us perfectly. There was no heating, a shame since the weather had just turned colder, though it was okay. The private secure car park cost an extra €5.50. We’ll definitely stay again.

The reception staff were warm, professional and really attentive. They made me feel welcome and valued, and went out of their way to make the stay comfortable and memorable. Before arriving, I emailed the team with a few personal requests, and they took care of everything perfectly without any fuss. Things went smoothly from start to finish and exceeded my expectations. Guest satisfaction clearly matters here. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back, and highly recommend the hotel for its service and attention to detail.
