We paid at check-in and were given an indoor parking space. Before going out, we asked the woman at reception if it would still be available if we returned late, and she said yes. But when we got back at midnight, the bald guy at reception wouldn't let us use the indoor garage. We parked in a free spot on the street, then he showed us another hotel lot, which was outdoors too. We asked if it was okay to leave the car where we'd already parked, and he said it was. We don't know whether he didn't understand the situation or knew about the thieves. We left it there. When we asked for the parking fee back, he refused. We paid 8€ for parking, had to leave the car outside, and lost belongings worth 3,500€. Our whole vacation was ruined. He didn't warn us, so we're WARNING you: don't park on this street, or better yet, don't stay at this hotel. The spot he suggested was also open-air, and its gate was still open when we arrived, so we assumed it made no difference whether we parked there or on the street. The hotel's camera partly covers where we parked, and the receptionist was watching the street when I arrived. Unfortunately, the law meant we weren't allowed to access the camera recordings. A man from the street came over after seeing we'd been robbed. He knew the area was dangerous and that these incidents happen often. The receptionist didn't warn us at all, and instead confirmed we could park there. After the robbery, which we believe happened because of the hotel's negligence, all they offered was to refund our money. Thanks for your professionalism!

Really good value for an overnight stop. The place was well renovated and clean, the location was super convenient, and the parking felt very secure.

For the southern part of the city, this seemed like the best option, and I was happy with my one-night stay. The room was large enough, nicely decorated, clean, and quiet, with a super comfortable bed that let me sleep really well. The bathroom and toilet weren't very comfortable for a longer stay, especially since the toilet faces right toward a wall. Toiletries could be better too. When I asked for slippers to wear after showering, which I'd been given at every other hotel, the staff seemed quite surprised. Breakfast was very good, though I wish there had been explanations in English. The selection was a little limited for vegans and vegetarians, and I couldn't see any plant-based milk. I hesitated to ask because of the language barrier we'd already run into. There's a fountain at the entrance, so bring your own bottle. The restaurant was nice, but its selection was limited too, especially for vegans and vegetarians.

I wouldn't stay here again. We were there for two nights with breakfast, and the hotel was very noisy. There was a huge construction site out front, a loud aircon fan in the room that couldn't be switched off, and a noisy six-lane highway that could still be heard with the window shut and curtain closed. Breakfast was noisy too, with loud music playing everywhere. The room was okay for one person, and the breakfast itself was okay. The staff were very friendly and mostly spoke good English, and there's a nice pizzeria next door.
