After the long drive from Portugal, we were exhausted and needed a stop on our way back to the UK. We arrived without warning in the middle of the night, and the lovely couple still welcomed my wife, our baby girl and me. The room was spacious, with lovely decor throughout, and they got up especially early to make us a delicious breakfast. The tea and coffee were great, and the homemade jams, bread and croissants were so tasty. We couldn't have asked for a better stay with our baby after such a long drive, especially with another long journey ahead. We'd absolutely recommend this idyllic place and hope to return.

Monique and Michel made us feel so welcome and looked after us throughout our short stay. The breakfast was amazing, with homemade jam, fresh fruit and high-quality tea or coffee. The manor is lovely, surrounded by vineyards, and the rooms are quiet, beautifully decorated and very spacious. The care put into every detail made it feel like being back in the good old times, something you don't often find anymore. Simply outstanding. Thank you, Monique and Michel.

The garden is such a peaceful haven, and our bedroom was large and very comfortable. Monique cooked us a delicious dinner, and the next morning we had fresh fruit, croissants and baguettes for breakfast. If you enjoy lovely old houses in beautiful, quiet countryside, you'll like this place. It's tastefully decorated with lots of interesting features, and it's also not far from the autoroute. Well worth a visit.
