The air conditioning was broken, which kind of sucked. Still, you get what you pay for, and it's a good stop along a journey. Loueye was really helpful in the morning.

It’s not especially central, and the location can be a little tricky, but the price is hard to beat. The facilities were totally fine too. A solid budget-friendly place that does the job.

The breakfast was fine, though I did miss having a croissant in France. Our room was clean and comfortable, and it was quiet at night. We were passing through Lyon on the way north and needed a hotel for one night; this worked perfectly. We could leave the car safely in the car park and take the metro into the center to explore. All in all, a perfect stay.

The room was okay, but the shared toilets were always wet and dirty, and the showers had what looked like black mold. The house rules said bags couldn't be stored before or after checkout, which was really inconvenient for travelers. We were also told not to take photos, even though we were trying to translate. It felt unwelcoming, apart from the guy at the front desk in the morning. The area seemed a bit dodgy, and the bathrooms weren't very clean. I wouldn't come back, though it may be okay if you're willing to put up with that.
