Au Pavillon Bleu

We’ve booked rooms for family and friends several times, and they were all very happy with them. I saw the rooms myself too, and they were impeccable. Parking was easy, with the hotel lot and plenty of free spaces outside. We’ve also eaten at the Pavillon Bleu on several occasions, as a couple and with family, and celebrated our birthdays and wedding anniversary there. Everyone agreed the food and service were perfect, and the waiters were kind and helpful. The owner is charming and welcoming, and we’ve been delighted every time. That’s why the bad comments here surprised me so much. A manager of mine held her wedding at this hotel restaurant and had only good things to say, and friends who live in Ozoir, like us, had recommended it too. We decided to see for ourselves, and we’re very glad we did. Thanks to the whole team for everything you do!

A great place to relax and feel comfortable. The staff were welcoming and helpful. My room was beautiful, with a really comfortable bed, a lovely clean bathroom, and a modern toilet. The towels were nicely arranged, and the TV was just the right size.

We experienced shocking humiliation here. The owners treated us with opportunism, incivility, and antisocial behavior, and it cost us a client, probably, as well as 200,000 CHF in work. We had found the last available bed for a client from the Monaco area and recommended this place out of a sense of duty. The owners’ Thénardier-like behavior was a serious mistake. I had to cut my stay short because the room cost €100 a night, which felt expensive. The room was clean, but the shower was tiny and not really adequate, and the Wi-Fi was lousy. I didn’t eat at the hotel, and the concierge made some unpleasant comments about that. I wouldn’t recommend it.
