It has been 10 days, and I'm still in an apartment that isn't livable in its current condition. There's also a random noise that never stops, and I don't know where it's coming from 😩. I reported the problems right away and asked for urgent repairs or a different apartment. After I insisted at reception, a staff member came to inspect, but I've had no follow-up, email, or confirmation of a solution. The residence sent a generic response directing me to an email address, but I wrote several times and never got a real answer. The apartment looked nothing like the website photos, despite being told by phone that the studio would match them. I had to pay the reservation and all fees before moving in, without seeing the apartment, because that's the residence's policy. The bed has a strong, unpleasant smell that makes it impossible to sleep on, even after I tried cleaning it. The kitchen is in poor condition, with damaged furniture and lots of ants around the sink, probably because of the broken wood. The bathroom floor is in bad shape too. I'm sharing photos so future residents can see what my experience was really like, though a smell can't be shown in a photo. I hope management takes action and provides real solutions quickly.

I loved it here. There's plenty of room for get-togethers and meetings, plus a seating area for relaxing. Lots of fun things to do too, including a pool, babyfoot, ping-pong, and a volleyball court.

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. As an international student living in Paris, I'm concerned about the mold in my room, which is very unhealthy. They don't seem to care, either. I've sent 2-3 emails asking them to fix it or move me to another room, but nobody has replied.

I stayed here for a year and a half, and it was a cool place overall. The residence's gym was a big plus, and there were lots of conveniences nearby. The furniture was very clean and felt like new. My departure inventory check, Etat des lieux de sortie, was fair. Thanks to Maxime for his professionalism. I'm taking off one star because the laundry machines are a bit expensive and often break down.

I haven't moved in yet, but the people I've dealt with so far have all been really nice and helpful. Email replies come promptly, and they try to accommodate different needs. The woman handling visits was friendly, and the man at reception seemed nice too, even though we only spoke briefly. I also email a third person who is knowledgeable and kind. Based on the staff I've met so far, I really recommend this place.
