Aparthotel Adagio Access Massy Palaiseau

The room itself is quite good for staying a few days, but the service was very poor. We asked for room service several times and it only came once during our five night stay, and no bath towel was provided. For the money we paid, it wasn't a satisfying stay. The location is also very far from central Paris, about 1.5 to 2 hours from the main destinations.

The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and quiet at night, with nice beds. The bathrooms are small, but that wasn't the issue. My main problem was the reception staff, who were rude and unprofessional. When the hot water stopped working halfway through my stay, they offered no discount or room change and told me to stay calm and wait, for three days straight. I eventually spoke to the manager and insisted on being moved. In the new room there was no hairdryer, and I had to wait another day to get one. Reception staff couldn't manage conversations in English beyond routine check-in, and were careless and unfriendly throughout. My room wasn't cleaned at all during the stay. Breakfast was expensive, not included in the booking, and indecent. I won't be back.

The bed was nice, the rooms quiet, and breakfast good. There's no carpet, so bring slippers, and getting there on foot is a little difficult. The staff were polite and helpful but struggled with English. The place has nice equipment and amenities, but stains and marks left by previous uncivilized visitors give it the feel of a luxury hotel shortly after a visit from barbarians.

Having a kitchen in the room was especially handy while travelling with children, and the underground parking has plenty of space. The hotel was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was adequate, though more variety would be nice, and there's a pleasant terrace for eating when the weather allows. Good value for money, and I'd recommend it.
