Judith, Ed, and their family make you feel at home straight away, and they’re wonderful hosts who are happy to help with anything. Their chambres d’hote is in a sympathetically converted barn, and there are also amazing cabins on stilts around the pool. Breakfast is good, and Judith will adjust the selection to suit you. Set among vineyards and rolling countryside, it’s a relaxing spot with towns, the coast, and countryside all within reach. A beautiful little find.

Our kids had a great time grooming and caring for the donkeys, playing foosball, and swimming in the pool. We also had a perfectly prepared dinner in the garden. We stayed almost a week in one of the safari tents, which was spacious and very well maintained, with a lovely bathroom. It’s a beautiful little paradise just a 10-minute drive from Carcassonne. We highly recommend it and would love to come back.
