That receptionist was the most unpleasant and useless I’ve ever encountered. There was no effort to give guests information, and not the slightest bit of kindness or concern. If you need to know anything, don’t bother asking this employee.

The service was very poor. Reception wasn’t open at the scheduled time and didn’t reply to emails or answer calls. We only got through an hour later, and when we left during working hours, there were no employees around and our calls went unanswered. Don’t arrive outside working hours, you aren’t expected or welcomed. When we met, the woman kept shouting about the security deposit and seemed not to care about anything else. You have to leave €300, then wait to find out whether you’ll get it back. Management also doesn’t answer emails, so we still don’t know whether the remote controls were charged against the deposit after they refused to take them from us. We didn’t use the air conditioning or TV. The rooms were moldy and damp-smelling. One was completely unusable, and breathing the air felt harmful. Mold had been painted over with white paint, but fungus was still visible around the room. The shower stall in the bathroom had also been painted white. Everything was dated, and the kitchen in the apartment was dirty. All services cost extra, including air conditioning, TV, pets, and cleaning, and you have to clean up before checkout. The photos on Booking.com are heavily edited. I don’t recommend this place. Worst vacation ever!
