Schwanenvilla

Suse and Karl made our nearly week-long stay in Paraza unforgettable. The Schwanenvilla sits among vineyards beside the Canal du Midi, and the peaceful atmosphere made every morning feel special. Breakfast was a daily highlight, and we were also invited to share lunch and dinner with our hosts. The food, mostly made by Karl, was exquisite and clearly prepared with care. The conversations and shared meals made us feel very welcome. They take the word ORGANIC seriously throughout the house. The garden, designed by the hosts, was a lovely place to unwind, with two large palms and an inviting pool. Schwanenvilla is also a handy base for nearby places with historical interest. Suse and Karl know the area well and suggested day trips whenever we asked. We found the stay good value for money, and meeting such loving, generous people was a special part of it. My son and I enjoyed the tranquility and hospitality in so many ways. I’d recommend Schwanenvilla in Paraza to anyone, whatever their age, looking for an unforgettable holiday. We hope to return soon.

Dinner and breakfast were amazing, and watching the sunset over the distant Pyrenees felt magical. This was the highlight of our trip so far. Right by the Canal du Midi, the hosts have created a dream home and are gracious to share it. After a long day bike packing, the pool and patio garden were a perfect place to rest.

The owners were warm and welcoming, and you could feel the care they put into every detail. Our room and the house were extremely comfortable, and the swimming pool was perfect for cooling down after a long day cycling. Dinner and breakfast were delicious, made with local and organic food. A little paradise for a restful stay.

The atmosphere at Schwanenvilla is so friendly, and the service is always great. We want to return as often as we can. Make sure to have dinner there. Karl cooks wonderful food with lots of love, using the best local products. We can really recommend this B&B.
