I can't see why people leave negative reviews. The staff were efficient, the room was clean, and breakfast came with good coffee and fresh croissants. There's also a Michelin star restaurant within walking distance, if you're happy to spend more on a main course than you did on the room.

The price was good, the location worked well, and the staff were friendly. My ground-floor room was also a real help with my mobility issues. The downside was that someone had parked in the disabled space without displaying a Disabled badge, so I had a more painful walk to the car.

The bed was clean, but the rest of the room was dirty and smelled of stale cigarettes. Worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

We wouldn't stay the night and moved to ibis budget instead. This fast hotel was filthy and smelled awful, unlike others I've stayed in. There was no air conditioning, and the rooms felt stuffy and stale, as if they'd been shut up for ages. The next morning I returned the keys and asked the manager to have the owner call me about my complaint. Three weeks on, I'm still waiting. Says it all, really.

We stopped here for one night. The bed was okay and the breakfast was average, but the shower was big. It was quiet, and there was parking outside.
