We had a great experience overall. The beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of extra space in the shared kitchen and lounge. Our arrival was delayed until after midnight, but the receptionist on duty greeted us with a smile and was very kind. Breakfast was good too, especially the omelettes. The one problem was arranging our airport taxi. The receptionist didn't seem to understand that it had to arrive on time for our flight, and apparently hadn't made that clear when booking it. In the morning she had to make two follow-up calls to ask why the taxi was late. That could be improved.

The area is quite affluent and very convenient. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the staff were really helpful. A special thanks to Ilyar! We had an amazing stay.

Diane was delightful and helpful, and the hotel itself is beautiful. Breakfast is prepared by a chef and was fabulous. The location is wonderful, with lots of nice places to eat nearby, and a walk to many of them gives you a perfect, close-up view of the Eiffel Tower. The service was superb.

Everything we wanted after tiring trips around the city was here: a convenient, comfortable, quiet place in a great location. After a long search, we found our favorite place in Paris. The hosts were extremely kind and lovely. We fell in love with the city, and this is where we'll stay on future visits. Highly recommend it!

We booked a four-room apartment, and the rooms were very comfortable. The shared space was well equipped, and the staff were very friendly. It had a cozy atmosphere.
