There are more good points than bad, and I'd stay here again. The staff were very good, the beds were excellent, and breakfast was good quality with more than just croissants and coffee. The rooms are small, but that's to be expected in Paris. The hotel is a very short walk from the metro, which can get you anywhere in the city in under an hour. The area isn't touristy, so it was quiet enough for a good night's sleep. The rooms are very nice by Paris standards. A few things could be better: the refrigerator door is awkward to open, and the coffee in the room wasn't replenished daily. The stylish cage racks for clothes don't fit full-length coats, so I had to hang mine beside the shower. They could easily add coat hooks by the room door.

The rooms are very nice for the price in Paris, and while breakfast isn't very varied, the small selection has what you need. Still, I had two issues that made me feel I had to take off two stars. My first-floor room was affected by the bass and music from a company Christmas party or something like that in the hotel restaurant, which went past midnight. If I wanted to miss out on sleep, I could've booked a hostel. It felt inconsiderate to everyone on the first floor. The staff service also needs work. I received an automatic WhatsApp asking if I needed anything, so half an hour before the usual 3pm check-in, I asked whether checking in early would help me. I never got a response. When I arrived five minutes before 3pm, the woman at the desk said the room wasn't ready and she'd have to call someone and ask me to wait. Five minutes later, without her calling anyone, it was suddenly ready. There was no cleaning staff anywhere on the floor. It felt like a strange lie. Why be so strict about check-in if a small effort could make guests happy? I got the impression they were trying to steer guests toward the early check-in package. I've stayed in plenty of hotels where being half an hour early wouldn't be an issue. The whole interaction, or lack of one, felt very weird.

The rooms are spacious, and it's good value for money. Breakfast is tiny but delicious, the staff are very friendly, and the metro station is close. Such a lovely place, highly recommend, 10/10.

We had a wonderful time here. The room was clean, spacious, and had all the facilities we needed, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is easy to reach by metro. Michela, the woman in the restaurant, was especially kind and lovely to talk to. Thanks, everyone, see you soon!
