It looked welcoming and clean in the photos, but the room we found was dusty, dirty, and neglected. Nothing like what they promise online. It felt more like we’d ended up in some kind of warehouse than somewhere to relax. The agency staff were also extremely rude and got angry with us over things they hadn’t even done. A complete scam. I do not recommend it!!!

The photos online don’t show what it’s really like. The bedroom is tiny, and the bathroom is so cramped you can hardly get out without bumping into something. The cleaning was abysmal, and we couldn’t leave the apartment until 6 p.m. because it hadn’t been cleaned. Disgraceful.
