They left me scrambling for somewhere to stay at a busy time, with a lot of stress and probably extra expense. I'd booked the WS Opera hotel 60 days ahead, thinking my trip was sorted, and they cancelled just one week before I was due to arrive. That's completely unacceptable and unprofessional. A hotel should honour its reservations, and I wouldn't trust one that doesn't. It was a terrible experience. I'd give them zero stars if I could. Avoid them.

We'd booked with them for four months, and two days before check-in I emailed to confirm the room. They told me everything was set. Then, on the day we were supposed to arrive, they cancelled without giving a reason and showed no interest in helping us find somewhere else. Don't stay here.

I had to cancel at the last minute and urgently find another apartment. About a month after I booked this one through Airbnb, WS Property messaged me the day before I was due to leave, saying there was some kind of renovation in the apartment. It wasn't clear when it had even started. They offered another apartment, but the link they sent didn't work. After that, they stopped communicating and didn't respond to me or the Airbnb manager. Horrible service.

Update: they finally responded almost 12 hours later, but there was still no water and they hadn't done anything to help us right away. I'm still waiting to see whether we get any money back. We had no water at all, so we couldn't flush or shower. I tried WhatsApp, Booking, and email, but got no response, and calling them wasn't possible. Don't stay here.

It worked perfectly for our one-night stay: a lovely two-room apartment in a nice location. The bathroom is very small, though, and anyone over 1.85 m can't stand up straight to shower. There was also a strong bathroom smell, perhaps from the cleaning product.
