Appartement 2-chalgrin Paris

They put us on the top floor even though I have a disability. There is a lift, but next time I'd ask for a lower floor. The rooms felt like a home away from home and had all the toiletries we needed. The hotel is close to the Arc to Triomphe, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They only serve bed and breakfast, though you can ask them to get drinks from the bar. We had an early departure, so they packed breakfast food for us to take away along with hot drinks. Thank you so much.

It’s in a good location, and the staff were friendly. Mariama at reception and the housekeeper, supervisor Monday Dike, helped make our stay awesome. The hotel is clean and the service is good, even though the building is old.

We booked a small balcony room, and the view was absolutely scenic. The rooms are beautifully decorated, with charming antique décor, and breakfast was delicious and worth adding. The hotel is a short walk from the train station, and the staff were amazing: friendly, helpful, and fluent in English. It’s a quiet, laid-back place that would suit couples or families. I’d definitely stay here again.

For what I paid, it was a bargain. The room had everything we needed and was clean, and it wasn’t too noisy despite the location. Loved the location and the amazing staff.
